Details
Microperforated bags are mounted on a 3" wire wicket for machinability and easy handling. Bags are unperforated at the top and bottom for added durability and strength. The 160-hole/psi style is designed for baked goods hot out of the oven. The higher quantity of holes allow heat and moisture to disseminate rapidly and allows the product to cool while maintaining crustiness. Meets FDA and USDA specifications for food contact.
